ЕКОНОМІЧНІ НАСЛІДКИ ВИМУШЕНОЇ МІГРАЦІЇ НА РОЗВИТОК НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ: ЗАРУБІЖНИЙ ДОСВІД, УКРАЇНСЬКІ РЕАЛІЇ

Мета. Дослідження присвячено визначенню економічних наслідків вимушеної міграції та внутрішнього переміщення населення на розвиток національної економіки України. Методика. В ході дослідження було використано статистичні методи для визначення тенденцій зміни основних економічних показників економіки України, які були обрані як регресори. Для визначення впливу регресорів на результуючі показники було використано економетричні методи, зокрема метод найменших квадратів. Результати. Не виявлено вплив внутрішнього переміщення населення на ринок праці. Аналіз офіційних статистичних даних не виявив такого впливу, хоча фактично внутрішньо переміщеними особами стали більш як півтора мільйона осіб. Навіть за умови тіньової зайнятості такі особи здійснюють вплив на ринок праці, проте довести це чи спростувати в умовах існуючих даних неможливо. Практична значимість. Велику складність для проведення аналізу впливу різних факторів становить перебування України в стані неоголошеної війни. Наявність військового конфлікту здійснює вплив на економічне та суспільне життя, яке важко прослідкувати та параметризувати. Це значно збільшує ступінь статистичної похибки і подекуди може викривлювати отримані статистичні дані. Регресійні моделі не враховують впливу військового конфлікту, тому отримані результати можуть бути викривленими та хибними. Потребують деталізації первинні статистичні дані для можливості проведення більш детальних досліджень.
