Strategic directions of the development of the transport sphere of the country in the context of evrogontegration

Goal. The main goal of this work is to analyze the market of transport services in Ukraine, a reflection of the real state and development of modern European integration of strategic directions of development of the transport sector of Ukraine. Technique. Modern European integration strategy of development of railway transport should provide for the creation of conditions for modernization, transition to innovative and sustainable growth of the national economy, to be focused on providing leadership of Ukraine in the world economic system, the realization of transit potential of the country, rational use of the potential of its unique geographic location under the influence of integration processes through systemic and integrated approach. Results. Transport should be developed at a faster pace, which will strengthen foreign trade relations of Ukraine, its territorial development, attracting additional transit, to increase foreign exchange earnings, optimizing trade flows. However, the condition of the main transport sectors of Ukraine does not fully meet such requirements and needs further reform and development. Developed by the European directions of strategic development of the transport sector transport of Ukraine. Investigated the current state and main priorities of PJSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" in the context of European integration. Reasonably stages of railway transport development and identifies ways to achieve its strategic objectives in the TRANS-European transport network (TEN-T). Scientific novelty. Defined the strategic directions of development of the transport sector and proposed to use new information technology to control traffic in both domestic and international market. Practical significance. Strategic directions for improving the system of traffic control in international transport corridors, the analysis of modern transport market and identified prospects. Deepening international cooperation in the transport sector and gradual integration of the transport system into the European transport network envisage harmonization of requirements for rolling stock of Railways, but also to the organization of the transport process and the establishment of uniform requirements to its quality. Practiced these questions, primarily through a joint development of existing and development of new international transport corridors.
