Effective reform of the railway industry - a pledge of state economic security

In this article the problems of efficient reformation of the railway transport branch are considered, taking into account the economic state safety requirements. The analysis of the economy modern condition of the railway transport is done, the estimation of infrastructure politics is given, necessary of innovation development in conditions of world economy globalization and deepening system crisis’s is motivated. The strategy of the railway transport development should take into account the intellectual product and possibilities of partnership between the state and private business.References
