Abstract

In the article the author examines the market operator services for railway transport in Ukraine to its current state and development prospects. Although, now in Ukraine there is no adequate legal framework for regulating the activity of operator companies, operators of gradually increasing the pace of development in the market for transport. Reform of Rail Transport will rapidly develop a market operator services.
