Abstract

The situation on perfection of the mechanism of management of the enterprises of a railway transportation of Ukraine on freight traffic is analysed during 2012-2013 years and on prospect, as systems of measures (program, legal, administrative, technical) and set of the enterprises of a railway transportation on freight traffic incorporated hierarchically depending on their functions and interaction for effective performance of the mission in conditions of the modern market.
