Abstract

The purpose. The work deals with the approaches to assessing the economic sustainability of railway transport, search for ways to develop methodological approaches, introduction of innovative technical tools and methods to assess the economic condition. Methods. To ensure an objective assessment of the economic condition of railway transport in invited to consider a system of financial indicators of economic sustainability. Results. On the basis of you, complements the analysis of the set changes that occur in the internal and external environment of activity SE "Dnieper railway" and determined the risks that exist in the current activities railway. Scientific novelty. Considerable attention is paid to strategic under-the-go management of enterprise development, which is to provide a sustainable competitive advantage. These are the characteristics of the economic sustainability as a specific mode of development. The practical significance. In this paper we were investigated some problems of reforming the railway. For their integrated solutions, it is important to consider the assessment of the main directions of economic condition of the company, in particular the "Dnieper railway", which is a subdivision of "Ukrzaliznytsia" as a system.
