Reformation of railway transport is in context of realization of structural reforms in industry

Abstract

Aim. The necessity of reformation of control system by a transport complex was defined by an economic situation in a country that was folded. For today basic is reformation of railway industry, that envisages the decision of such extraordinarily important tasks, as updating and technical retooling, increase of efficiency of the use of present resources, that will allow to improve financially, - economic position of industry and to promote the level of her competitiveness on internal and external markets. A railway transport has a strategic value not only in the questions of functioning and development of a transport system but also in the questions of economy of country on the whole. Therefore transformation processes that take place in railway industry is qualificatory for the achievement of success with all economic reforms of the state.to investigate basic problems and achievements of development of railway industry, in particular on the way of realization of structural reform, to lead to impossibility subsequent the postponement of transformation of industry on market principles and to offer the mechanism of her subsequent development and reformation. Methodology. The structural alteration of economy of Ukraine, oriented to the use of intellectual resources and development of highly technological productions in a counterbalance to the материало- and power-hungry productions, assumes conditioning for the continuous updating of technologies and products, height of educational level and improvement of management, by the innovations based on the newest scientific knowledge. Results. Reasonable actuality of problem of reformation of railway transport of Ukraine. A situation is analysed in relation to reformation of railway transport of Ukraine. It is offered by directions of reformation of railway transport. Scientific novelty. The offered research has approach of the systems to grouping, systematization and analysis of factors of reformation of railway transport. Practical meaningfulness.
