Improving the management of social services through the introduction of fullfilts-companies

Abstract. In the article the essence and characteristics of fullfilment, which is caused by the rapid development of Internet commerce, are considered. As a matter of fact, these circumstances led to the search for new logistic approaches in the delivery of goods in Ukraine, which had an impact on the organization of full-company logistics. Methods. Autrans has analyzed the complex of services of fullfilment operators. The characteristics of market participants and their requirements for the selection of full-partner partners are presented. The scientific approaches and factors, due to which it is possible to ensure the stable operation of fullfilment operators in Ukraine, is substantiated. The Results. The research was carried out on the example of logistic enterprises operating in a transformational economy.
