Logistic management in the guidance system of corporation

Abstract

The article defines the urgency of implementing into the railway corporation of the concept of integrated logistics, logistics management space in the management structure, the hierarchical structure of logistics of corporation, and proposes organizational structure of logistics services. The article noted that the logistics inherent active integrating potential is capable to unite and improve the interaction between such basic functional spheres, as supply, marketing, organization of transportations, sales of services and between subsidiaries of corporation and its structural divisions. The article focused on the fact that the introduction of logistic management system will support the stability of the railway corporations in the market, smoothing intra contradiction between procurement, supply, production, marketing, finance and sales services.
