Abstract

Purpose. Improving the efficiency and the sustainability of the railways operating processes, reducing operating costs is not possible without the complex automation system development intended for technical system park operation - ASPE. The article is devoted to improve the ASPE in terms of methods for analysis and planning priority of diagnostics and repair of electric motors (EM) rail turnouts taking into account condition indeterminacy.  Technological and economic models which are used in the automated management ASPE should consider a different form of information about the technical condition of equipment and conditions for the transport system operation (especially fuzzy). Also, the model should provide the possibility of adaptation options and greater efficiency of planning procedures, to improve the efficiency of rail transport in general. Methods. The researching works were conducted using the procedures for monitoring and diagnosing EM under the influence of workloads. EM park operation management carried out on the basis of individual intellectual models, as well as the Kohonen network, built on the spectral characteristics of the current EM. Specialization of production was taken into account during repair planning. EM priority service is based on a two-stage fuzzy planning model. For analysis and forecasting parameters of non-determined processes is used methods of chaotic dynamics. Results. Economical and technological models and control automated analysis of the EM park operation with fuzzy description of parameters and conditions were improved. They take into account the current state of the technical systems and the possible failures of the transportation process. The properties of some non-determined processes of rail were investigated. Scientific novelty. Economical and technological models with automatic control operation of EM parks, taking into account the terms of fuzzy description of the system parameters were developed. The models were designed for priority planning of EM diagnostic and repair, they also take into account the specialization of the production.The properties of the interpretation procedure of the non-deterministic time series with aggregated levelswere investigated.The practical significance. The research results provide the ability to automate and improve the efficiency of the processes of economical and technological management operation of EM turnouts park in conditions of fuzzy system settings. The analysis procedure of aggregated series provides opportunities for reasonable interpretation of their properties and for obtaining reliable estimates of forecasting and planning based on time series.
