Abstract

The purpose. As a result of of a number of negative processes wages ceased perform the function of stimulating. The existing system motivation and remuneration on the railway of Ukraine do not meet the requirements of a socially oriented market economy and testify to the absence of precisely regulated mechanism of interaction of all the basic elements, so there is a need to find ways to improve it. Purpose of work is research approaches  improve the motivation of labor activity of workers, in connection with perfection of systems of remuneration, in the conditions of corporatization of the railway. Methods. For solve the problems of the organization and remuneration are described  approaches to motivation work on the railroad such as grading, the system of employee participation in company profits and social package. The Results. During of corporatization Ukrzaliznytsia has to build its own system labor motivation, which fully would take into account peculiarities of its activities as well as has motivated, would improve productivity with the ultimate goal - to ensure external competitiveness. The practical significance. The use of the motivation system of work will create a debugged and effective system  of work organization and payment, to improve productivity and improve production efficiency on the Ukrzaliznytsia.
